UNC and Caleb Wilson had clearly been pointing to the Duke game in Cameron for his return from wrist surgery.

Well, that’s not going to happen now: Wilson broke his thumb dunking in practice, so now he’s got the remnants of his left hand injury and a right thumb that has been surgically repaired.
As a result, his college career is almost certainly over, unless he decides to skip the draft and return, which seems unlikely.
For Duke fans who assume this means certain victory, well, slow that train down. It’s just as likely to motivate his teammates as anything else. We’ll see how they handle it Saturday evening.
