The Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference released its all-league selections for the spring sports season.

Student-athletes from Bedford, Bishop Carroll Catholic, Bishop McCort Catholic, Central Cambria, Chestnut Ridge, Forest Hills, Greater Johnstown, Penn Cambria, Richland, Somerset and Westmont Hilltop are listed.

The LHAC West baseball first team consists of pitchers Colt Hagans (Somerset), Brody Halkovich (Chestnut Ridge) and Ryan Ozog (Richland); catcher Ty Yatta (Chestnut Ridge); infielders Jonathan Delia (Bishop McCort), Braeden Flower (Somerset), Bryce Goodman (Westmont Hilltop) and Xander Richardson (Forest Hills); outfielders Caden Gibbons (Penn Cambria), Caden Robertson (Richland) and Gaston Watkins (Bedford); and utility player Eli Felosky (Greater Johnstown).

Pitchers Flower, Brady Gartner (Westmont Hilltop), Garret Reese (Somerset) and Richardson; catcher Dominic Chiodo (Westmont Hilltop); infielders Jace Davison (Penn Cambria), Halkovich, Ozog and Justin Ray (Westmont Hilltop); outfielders Ben Howard (Central Cambria), Brady Page (Bishop McCort) and Sully Weir (Westmont Hilltop); and utility player Aspen Anderson (Bedford) make up the second team.

Pitchers Emma Byers (Bedford), Lariah Myers (Bishop McCort) and Brooklyn Thomas (Somerset); catcher Bella Kist (Westmont Hilltop); infielders Bailey Mickle (Bedford), Taylor Snyder (Forest Hills), Riley Wiencek (Somerset) and Ally Yarnell (Chestnut Ridge); outfielders Morgan Gdula (Forest Hills), Kelsie Muto (Westmont Hilltop) and Sammi Shoemaker (Bedford); and utility player Marley Shaffer (Penn Cambria) are on the LHAC West softball first team.

The second team consists of pitchers Bella Datillo (Chestnut Ridge), Abby Rozich (Westmont Hilltop) and Rowyn Ruddek (Central Cambria); catcher Leah Nee (Bedford); infielders Sarah Gibbons (Westmont Hilltop), Cali Lynch (Westmont Hilltop), Aivah Maul (Forest Hills) and Sydney Satkovich (Forest Hills); outfielders Elle Ladika (Richland), Camryn Matlin (Central Cambria) and Rozich; and utility player Ruddek.

The LHAC boys track and field first team is made up of Bedford's Sam Koontz (400 meters) and Owen Schrock (high jump); Central Cambria's Joshua Bearer, Reed Takacs, Miles Doyle and Ethan Haycisak (3200 relay), Haycisak (1600); Penn Cambria's Blake Lilly (javelin); Richland's Joe McAneny (100), Arison McCulty (long jump) and Arnold Mugerwa (300 hurdles); and Somerset's Rodney Garwood (pole vault).

Bedford's Henry Redinger (800), Redinger, Schrock, Bennett Steele and Koontz (1600 relay); Bishop McCort's Marquez Gordon, Mark Pazniak, Josh Spontak and Bentley Bainey (400 relay); Central Cambria's Haycisak (3200); Richland's McAneny (200) and Mugerwa (110 hurdles); and Westmont Hilltop's Bradley Gibbons (javelin) are on the second team.

Forest Hills' Danika Faith (shot put), Penn Cambria's Kate Eckenrode (100) and Somerset's Libby Marteeny (800, 1600) are on the LHAC girls track and field first team. Central Cambria's Paige Alexander, Alyson Sheehan, Alaina Long and Makenzie Hite (3200 relay), Alexander (1600); Forest Hills; Bella Ascherl (3200); and Richland's Olivia Taylor (discus) are on the second team.
