In the second half of Friday's Game 3 against the San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Ajay Mitchell mysteriously left the game.

He had just gotten into a brief altercation with Devin Vassell after a hard foul, but a replay showed he may have landed awkwardly on his previously injured quad. He had some difficulty with the same leg during Wednesday's Game 2, and the injury may have flared up again during Friday's game.

Shortly into the third quarter of Friday night's Game 3, Mitchell headed back to the bench after a brief scuffle with Devin Vassell. Just before that, he was seen landing a bit awkwardly after a hard foul on Stephon Castle.

Late in Game 2, Mitchell went down with a right leg injury, where he was seen grabbing his quad. It remains to be seen if Mitchell reaggravated that same injury or if this is something new.
