MIAMI – Jiri Prochazka and Carlos Ulberg had a chance to face off in a formal setting following Thursday's UFC 327 pre-fight press conference and the reception was lopsided (perhaps unexpectedly so).
After answering questions about their upcoming vacant light heavyweight championship bout, which headlines Saturday's card at Kaseya Center (Paramount+), former divisional titleholder Prochazka (32-5-1 MMA, 6-2 UFC) got face-to-face with Ulberg (12-1 MMA, 9-1 UFC), who is riding a nine-fight winning streak.

If Saturday's crowd mirrors that of Thursday's, Prochazka is clearly the fan favorite, getting the loudest pops throughout the press conference and during the faceoffs.

The matchup came together after Alex Pereira gave up the 205-pound strap to move to heavyweight, and now both men will get the chance to take the weight class into a new era.
