Early 2026 fantasy expert consensus rankings: Denver Broncos edition

Fantasy expert consensus rankings (“ECR”) are starting to pop up across the Internet, giving managers an early glimpse into how the market might value hundreds of players this summer. As we look ahead to the 2026 season, here are the biggest Broncos bargains based on ECR.

Jaylen Waddle might be the key to Denver making a deeper playoff run this upcoming season. He also might be the key to crushing managers’ title hopes. This is a tough fantasy situation to navigate. Waddle, Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Marvin Mims, and Pat Bryant are starter-caliber receivers. Lil’Jordan Humphrey might be the league’s most talented #6 WR.

Even if we assume Waddle and Sutton will comfortably co-lead the team in targets, the former’s WR24 ECR assumes he’ll be a weekly starter, while the latter’s WR30 ECR assumes sure-fire streamability. In what could be a spread-the-ball offense, neither scenario is a safe bet.

So we need to look elsewhere for bargains, starting with Bo Nix. Despite being the overall QB7 in his first two NFL seasons, Nix has a QB14 ECR. Why so low? Maybe experts are nervous about his broken ankle, though reports suggest he’ll return for OTAs. It doesn’t make sense. In what should be an improved offense, Nix’s floor is well ahead of his ranking.

R.J. Harvey is another bargain. After coming on strong in J.K. Dobbins’ absence last season, the rookie has earned an RB25 ECR. Somehow, he’s behind the incredibly risky David Montgomery (RB24 ECR). Dobbins’ return shouldn’t scare managers away from Harvey, who has almost nowhere to go but up.

Could Evan Engram deliver one final fantasy-relevant campaign? Experts are saying no, giving him a TE34 ECR. Despite battling injuries early in his career, the 31-year-old has missed more than two contests only once (in 2024) in his past six seasons. Even with a more robust WR corps, Engram will have a weekly opportunity to deliver a couple catches for 40 yards and an occasional TD. That alone would push him into the top 30.
