PHOENIX – After a recent Diamondbacks home win over the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday afternoon, a fan suffered an injury while leaning over a second-floor railing, highlighting a persistent risk of stadium safety.

Per KTAR, the accident happened after the game as people were leaving Chase Field after the Diamondbacks’ 1-0 victory over the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday afternoon. From witnesses, MCSO said in an attempt to jump to a second-floor railing to take a picture, the fan lost his balance. Authorities did not suspect foul play.
