Hudson is currently the 14th overall player in the 2027 class, the top tight end in the class, and the fourth overall player in his class from the state of Louisiana, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.

Hudson measures in at six-foot-six, 230 pounds. He has visited Lincoln four times, but the most recent visit came on November 1 for the team’s game against the USC Trojans. Currently, the 2027 class ranks No. 10 in the country according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.

This could be a monumental visit for both Hudson and the program. Huskers have been working hard on this recruitment ever since last summer. He had a strong showing with fellow 2027 commit Trey Taylor at the Battle of the Boneyard seven-on-seven tournament. Since then, the program has been in hot pursuit of the talented player.

This could be a very meaningful visit for the program, as they look to continue the strong momentum in the class.
