Hill formerly competed with the Bemidji Aerials, making it to state for the first time during the 2016-17 season. When the local JO program was dropped, she took part in BHS gymnastics in 2022-23. Hill was part of the group of Lumberjacks who finished in second place as a team in the section meet.
After that season concluded, Hill went back to the JO realm and competed out of a gym in Perham. She qualified for state as a Level 7 gymnast in 2023 and scored a 34.7 in the all-around. She qualified for the regional event in Milwaukee. She won the Level 7 championship in her division, competing against gymnasts her age from seven states.
In 2023-24, Hill competed as a Level 8 gymnast and placed ninth in the all-around competition at state. She took third in vault at regionals and seventh in the all-around, good enough for a promotion to Level 9.
However, last season didn't go as Hill planned. She fractured a bone in her ankle and was sidelined for the entire season.
After this year's regional event concludes, Hill will attend the University of Illinois-Chicago and will study biochemistry.
