Browns NFL draft: Which is more likely between these 2 somewhat unlikely options?

Also on Tuesday, our Curtiss Brown looked at some pairing possibilities with Cleveland’s two first-round picks in 2026, primarily the wide receiver, offensive tackle combinations.

This weekend, Doug Farrar provided us with his thought-out Browns mock draft, which included a quarterback and defensive end before adding anyone to the offensive line.
With the 2026 NFL draft less than a month away, a lot of words will be said and written that might seem like hyperbole, clickbait, or someone being contrarian just for the fun of it. It happens every year as each NFL draft approaches. ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky seemed to kick off that portion of draft season with his, reportedly sourced, take that Ty Simpson is the top quarterback in this year’s draft:

In light of “what wild thing could happen that we do not expect to happen,” we provide you with these two options, and you tell us which is more likely, in your opinion:
- Browns select two wide receivers in their first four selections (at this point, that would be within the first 70 picks of the draft) OR
- Cleveland selects two defenders in their first four selections
