The story has come to an end.

Wilson, a 5-foot-8 guard for Iowa State this past season, told The Des Moines Register on March 24 that she's entering the transfer portal after playing two seasons with the Cyclones. Wilson will have two seasons of eligibility remaining at her next stop.

Wilson appeared in 59 games for Iowa State during her two seasons with the Cyclones, starting three games. She averaged 2.1 points in 10.1 minutes per game.

After playing a big role for Iowa State during her freshman season, Wilson saw her playing time dip at the start of her sophomore season. But with injuries and some strong play from her, Wilson was able to secure some valuable playing time.

Wilson was one of the few bright spots in Iowa State’s loss to West Virginia when she logged 28 minutes and scored 11 points. Some of that playing time once again dipped at the end of the season.
