Justin Allgaier wins NASCAR O'Reilly race at Darlington in March 2026

The NASCAR O'Reilly Series competed at Darlington Raceway and it wasn't the outcome that many expected. With Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, and Ross Chastain in the race, many expected one of these three drivers to enter victory lane. However, it was an O'Reilly Series regular from JR Motorsports that shocked the sport.

Justin Allgaier and the No. 7 team for JR Motorsports won the Sports Clips Haircuts 200 at Darlington, earning their second victory of the 2026 O'Reilly Series season. Allgaier was able to pass Brandon Jones on the final restart after Larson's bad pit stop took him out of the lead. It was a disappointing finish for Larson, who dominated the event.

Instead, Allgaier beat three of NASCAR's best drivers and claimed the victory at the Lady in Black. Darlington has been very kind to Allgaier over the years, and this is one of the most memorable victories. Now, Allgaier hopes to bring his momentum into next weekend's race at Martinsville Speedway.
