Panthers GM Dan Morgan says there might be 'a few moves' left to make in free agency

The job may not be finished for the Carolina Panthers and general manager Dan Morgan.

Morgan, following what may have been the most impressive free-agent dip in franchise history, spoke with reporters on Friday afternoon. And even after reeling in a handful of the offseason's biggest fish, he was asked if there's more work left to be done on that front.

"There might be a few moves here and there—guys that we think we might be able to get," Morgan replied. "But yeah, we're always gonna be looking, we're always gonna be aggressive. There's always gonna be guys out there that aren't signed that you think should be signed that may be an opportunity for us to get better. If we feel like they'll make us better, we'll definitely explore it."

Carolina started off the legal tampering period with a bang, agreeing to a four-year, $120 million deal with outside linebacker Jaelan Phillips. Later that day, the team landed another top free-agent defender in inside linebacker Devin Lloyd on a three-year, $42 million pact.

They've also gone on to add the likes of quarterback Kenny Pickett, running back AJ Dillon, wide receiver John Metchie, left tackle Rasheed Walker and center Luke Fortner.
