The Boston Bruins have been one of the best home teams in the NHL this season, and they proved that again on Tuesday night.

The Bruins earned another win at TD Garden, beating the Pittsburgh Penguins 2-1 after overcoming an early deficit. They've now won 11 straight home games since their last loss at TD Garden against the Montreal Canadiens on Dec. 23, improving their home record to 23-8-1.

In other words, Boston has yet to lose on its home ice in 2026.

Jeremy Swayman deserves much of the credit for Tuesday's victory. After allowing a quick goal to Erik Karlsson in the opening minute, he settled down and didn't allow another one for the rest of the game.

Swayman finished with 34 saves, including 28 in the second and third periods combined.

After the game, he praised Bruins fans for their support and giving the team such a big advantage at home.

"That's the Bruins family right there, baby," Swayman told reporters. "We're so lucky to have them supporting us...We love being at home because they are so loyal and they love us...It can't be done without those fans, so we're so lucky to have all you guys, and we're excited to keep going."

Boston heads to Nashville to face the Predators on Thursday, so its next chance to extend its home winning streak will come on Saturday against the Washington Capitals. The Capitals have a losing record on the road this season, giving the Bruins a good chance to notch another win at TD Garden.
